When Martín Fights
We Win!
As your Taxpayer Advocate, I’ve helped thousands of families lower their property taxes and secured $35 million in savings for 20,000 disabled veterans.
As the Director of Prevention & Intervention at the District Attorney’s Office, I created 19 Homeless Court Resource Fairs that helped over 2,000 people find shelter, obtain vital documents such as driver's licenses and birth certificates, and clear legal barriers, helping them rebuild their lives.
As a School Board Trustee, I’m fighting every day for our children’s future—advocating for student safety, academic excellence, and community trust.
As a father of two young boys, with my wife Maritza— a proud working mom—we understand the challenges families face with the rising cost of living, childcare, and building a better future.
This is what a New Generation of Leadership looks like — real results, real change, and real solutions for the people who need it most.
Together, we can build stronger, safer, and more affordable communities for every family.

The cost of living is just too high!
The cost of living is just too high!
“If your family is like mine, the cost of living is skyrocketing — and people are fed up!
My job as your Taxpayer Advocate is to find ways to lower the cost of living and make sure your property taxes are assessed fairly and equitably, helping make life more affordable.
As your elected representative on the State Board of Equalization, I’ll fight to protect homeowners and renters, hold government accountable, and keep our communities affordable for ALL Californians.
This isn’t about politics—it’s about dignity, fairness, and a future where families like yours, and mine, can thrive.
I’m Martín Arias. Let’s make California affordable again—together.
